Phase 01
Strategic Clarity
"Align on what matters before you build anything."
Most data projects fail before they start — because nobody agreed on what success looks like. Strategic Clarity is the phase where we work with your leadership team to translate business objectives into specific data and analytics requirements. What decisions do you need to make better? What would "better" actually look like in numbers? What's the ROI model for the investment you're about to make?
This phase produces a Strategic Data Plan: a documented alignment between your business goals and your data agenda. It's the document that keeps the whole project honest.

Phase 02
Data Foundation
"Make your data trustworthy before you ask anything of it."
You can't build reliable analytics — let alone AI — on top of data that's incomplete, inconsistent, or ungoverned. The Data Foundation phase audits what you have, remediates the highest-priority quality issues, and puts the governance infrastructure in place that keeps data reliable over time.
This is the least glamorous phase of the framework. It's also the one that determines whether everything that follows is worth the investment.

Phase 03
Systems Integration
"Connect the systems that should have been talking all along."
Most manufacturers have an ERP, a MES, maybe a CRM, and a collection of disconnected spreadsheets and point solutions. Each system has good data. None of them give you a complete picture. Systems Integration builds the unified data layer that makes your existing investments finally earn their cost.
