Assessment

Strategy

Once we have identified which systems need updating, which ones are working great, and which ones need to be able to communicate well together, SDS will develop a plan for implementation and work with you and your stakeholders on building the transition strategy and timelines. Our goal is that nobody on your team gets left behind… that your entire organization is primed and ready for anything new that’s coming their way.

Implementation

After our transition strategy is approved and ready to go, we’ll do a lot of work behind the scenes to make sure your data is secure, your systems are prepared, and your teams are trained. Many of the integrations behind the scenes might not have any impact on your teams, but for those that do, we’re experts at making your people feel comfortable with change!
